Additional Terms of UseAs Credit Suisse meets the requirements in respect of exempted questions made under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, all candidates who are offered employment in FSA Approved roles will be subject to a criminal record check from the Criminal Records Bureau before the appointment is confirmed. This will include details of cautions, reprimands or final warnings, as well as convictions. Candidates who are offered employment in non-approved roles and who have unexplained gaps in their employment history may also be subject to a criminal record check. Having an "unspent" conviction will not necessarily bar a candidate from employment. This will depend on the circumstances and background to the offence(s). |
