Credit Suisse recruits high-caliber people with a range of academic qualifications from Bachelors’ and Masters’ degrees to MBAs and PhDs. We take people fresh out of university and we also welcome individuals with substantial work experience. It is important to us that we attract the best possible talent from the widest possible range of backgrounds.

Credit Suisse training programs are designed to be best in class. Content varies from one business area to another, but all programs combine formal learning with on-the-job practice and personal coaching to create a rich development environment. Initial training will often include the basics of accounting, corporate finance, financial modeling, databases and an introduction to our technology; there will also be opportunities to develop ‘Integrated Bank awareness’ by learning about other areas of the business.
