Full-Time Associate Program Description With a combination of impressive academic achievement and useful commercial experience, you’ll have the confidence and the capability to slot straight in to an entrepreneurial or specialist technical role and make a decisive contribution from the start. You’ll have the confidence and knowledge to take on early responsibility and work constructively with senior managers. But we don’t expect you to arrive fully equipped, so you’ll undergo structured training within your line of business to complement your on-the-job development. These best-of-breed programs are designed and delivered by top experts within our industry and will equip you with all the skills and toolkit you require to succeed in your role. The more effort and commitment you put into developing your knowledge and skills the more progress you will make. As far as your work experience is concerned, we don’t specify a particular type of background, providing it has been in a commercial environment and your track record is looking more than promising. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are key in our business and we welcome high levels of energy and motivation. Fluency in another language can at times also be beneficial. Associate Intern Program Description Our Associate Internship programs last between 10 and 12 weeks and offer an authentic insight into life within Credit Suisse and the job you have been asked to embark on for the duration of your stay. And of course, our goal in hiring for Internships is to get an inside track to the best talents out there. Our perspective on Internships differs from many employers. Some companies simply won’t make full use of your talent and potential, while others treat your time there as an extended interview. Not Credit Suisse. Join our Internship Program, and you join as a full member of a team, sharing in the same workload, meeting the same challenges and (hopefully) celebrating the same triumphs. You will be responsible for projects and tasks that matter to the business. You will grow in knowledge, skills and confidence. Program Managers help guide you through your experience and each intern is assigned a junior and senior mentor to help you with any challenges you may face and provide personal advice on anything you may have on your mind. |
