Analyst Programs

Analyst Programs are open to Bachelors or Masters degree holders of any discipline, although a relevant degree or major is required for careers in some areas of IT, Fixed Income and Equities.

Full-Time Analyst Program Description

Ours is a complex business and there’s a lot to learn. But we make sure that everything you learn is relevant by tailoring the program to the needs and challenges of your specific business area.

There’s little point in cramming you with theory without giving you the chance to see how it works in practice. That’s why early responsibility and real challenge is such a crucial part of your development. It gives you that all-important sense of perspective, and a balanced growth of your skills.

The learning curve isn’t solely about technical knowledge. While technical training is a key element of the analyst programs, this will always be complemented by development of your ‘soft skills’, such as presentation techniques, relationship building, sales & marketing skills and people management. Naturally, you can expect exceptional support when it comes to the mandatory regulatory training and exams demanded by our industry.

Finally, never underestimate the importance of networking. Exposure to senior managers, colleagues and peers throughout the bank will add new insights and fresh perspectives to your understanding of what we do… and what you need to do well at Credit Suisse.

Analyst Intern and Industrial Placement Program Description
Our Internship and Industrial Placement programs start at different times of the year and can run for varying lengths. One thing they all have in common is that they offer an authentic and thorough insight into life within Credit Suisse and the division you have joined. And of course, our goal in hiring for these programs is to get an inside track to the best talents out there.
Our perspective on Internships and Industrial Placement programs differs from many employers. Some companies simply won’t make full use of your talent and potential, while others treat your time there as an extended interview. Not Credit Suisse. Join one of our Programs, and you join as a full member of a team, sharing in the same workload, meeting the same challenges and (hopefully) celebrating the same triumphs. You will be responsible for projects and tasks that matter to the business. You will grow in knowledge, skills and confidence. And above all, you will experience the team spirit that makes this bank such a special place to work. Program Managers help guide you through your experience, and each intern is assigned a junior and senior mentor.
