Analyst Programs

Full-time Program Description

Ours is a complex business and there’s a lot to learn. But we make sure that everything you learn is relevant by tailoring the program to the needs and challenges of your specific business area.

There’s little point in cramming you with theory without giving you the chance to see how it works in practice. That’s why early responsibility and real challenge is such a crucial part of your development. It gives you that all-important sense of perspective, and a balanced growth of your skills.

The learning curve isn’t solely about financial knowledge. While financial training is a key element of the analyst programs this will always be complemented by development of your ‘soft skills’, such as presentation technique, communication skills and relationship building. Naturally you can expect exceptional support when it comes to the mandatory regulatory training and exams demanded by our industry for some divisions.

Finally, never underestimate the importance of networking to round off your education. Exposure to senior managers, colleagues and peers throughout the bank will add new insights and fresh perspectives to your understanding of what we do… and what you need to do well at Credit Suisse.

Analyst Intern Program description
Our Summer Internship programs typically last between 10 and 12 weeks and offer an authentic insight into life within Credit Suisse. And of course, our goal in hiring for Internships is to get an inside track to the best talents out there.
Our perspective on Internships differs from many employers. Some companies simply won’t make full use of your talent and potential, while others have a large internship class which dilutes your experience. Not Credit Suisse. Join our Internship Program, and you join as a full member of a team, sharing in the same workload, meeting the same challenges and (hopefully) celebrating the same triumphs. You will be responsible for projects and tasks that matter to the business. You will grow in knowledge, skills and confidence. And above all, you will experience the team spirit that makes this bank such a special place to work. Program Managers help guide you through your summer experience, and each intern is assigned a mentor and/or ‘buddy’.
An internship with Credit Suisse is a fantastic opportunity to experience our environment for yourself, therefore helping you make an informed decision if we ultimately make you an offer to join our full-time Analyst Programs.
