There’s little point in cramming you with theory without giving you the chance to see how it works in practice. That’s why early responsibility and real challenge is such a crucial part of your development. It gives you that sense of perspective, and a balanced development of your skills.

 

The learning curve isn’t solely about technical knowledge. While technical training is a key element of the analyst programs this will always be complemented by development of your ‘soft skills’, such as presentation technique, relationship building and people management. Naturally you can expect exceptional support when it comes to the mandatory regulatory training and exams demanded by our industry.
